Cast Light is a prompt, a daily reminder to find and give the best to yourself and others. Every single day we choose to either “cast shadows” (gossip, complaints, cynicism) or to “cast light” (enthusiasm, encouragement, generosity). Life is made up of moments and choices. In all that you think, do and say, look for light and cast it back out.
Kathie Pugaczewski lives in Minnesota. She earned her journalism degree from the University of Minnesota and has over 30 years in nonprofit management, leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship, communication and technology.

I am also glad that you liked my post. As a matter of fact, I am in awe of this time on our planet and the possibilities for all of us to grow into the spiritual beings that we have working towards being since coming into the human form this time.
And, I am so grateful for all the spiritual bloggers on the web and for the angels and other spiritual beings in my up-close-and-personal life.
Two of my lessons for this lifetime have been and continue to be GRATITUDE and RADICAL FORGIVENESS, which of course are related.
But, for the moment here, I am focusing on GRATITUDE with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. As much as I fought and resisted to come into human form this lifetime, I am so GRATEFUL now to be here. What opportunities to heal, serve and grow exponentially into more of my Christ self, while learning from all of you and sharing with you, as well. We have so much to learn from each other. Hi Kathie! I’ve browsed through your blog a few times and just thought I’d drop by and say hi. 😀 I love the meaning behind your name. Words of wisdom! All the pictures you have of Minnesota are beautiful! I was born in MN and I remember is a white blanket covering everything. lol.
We are enjoying a beautiful spring and start to summer, but we do have our white blanket moments – only 6 months from now. Thanks for visiting and I am a big fan of the German Shepherd breed – I’ve been fortunate enough to have two and will get another one someday.
Oh how I hated the cold weather. lol. One thing I do miss is the outdoor freezer. “Your soda’s getting warm? Build a cup holder with snow.”
They’re a great breed. I can’t see myself with any other type. Good luck in finding your 3rd! 😀

Suzanne is wonderful and very generous and one of my favorite people. I appreciate the support of friends and family and those I’ve never met writing the blog. It’s coming up on a year since I signed up for the blog account and six months since I actually dove in and started to make this a joyful habit.
