Growth

“Nature is the direct expression of the divine imagination.”— John O’Donohue

“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.” – James Cash Penney

Growth comes in different places and spaces. On branches that have fallen and had their day. In pruning the unnecessary so the essential can be nourished. On buds that finally break ground after a long winter of waiting to greet the day, to begin their journey to fruition. In action. In stasis. In searching. In finding. In falling. In getting back up to begin again.

Listen, look and be open to answers that are not your own yet fit just the same. Discernment, clarity and direction hidden in unexpected places and spaces, closer than you think. Mostly within. Available for the taking and shaping. Take, shape, transform, grow.

“Sometimes we may ask God for success, and He gives us physical and mental stamina. We might plead for prosperity, and we receive enlarged perspective and increased patience, or we petition for growth and are blessed with the gift of grace. He may bestow upon us conviction and confidence as we strive to achieve worthy goals.” – David A. Bednar
