Joy Scattering

“The whole life lies in the verb seeing.”― Teilhard de Chardin

“Scatter joy!”― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Joy is anything but fluffy.
It’s resistance, resilience, grit.
It’s knowing the “facts” and choosing to create and recreate rather than criticize and spectate.
To find what’s right than report what’s wrong.
Asking the next question, dipping beneath the surface, deep waters.
Available in ordinary days as well as difficult days, even more so then.
Sisters of kindness, laughter, generosity, beauty, nature, wonder, awe.
Scatter joy.
Harvest love.

“A joyful heart is the normal result of a heart burning with love. She gives most who gives with joy.”― Mother Teresa, In the Heart of the World: Thoughts, Stories and Prayers
