Stop in your tracks;
Feel your feet on the earth;
Eyes to sky;
Pause to anchor in the essentials;
Release distractions;
No hurrying or flurrying
Unfolding, unwrapping;
Gratitude requires observation, demands reflection, sparks awe;
Slow and steady, pause and praise.
