Crimson-crested

“Let Him easter in us, be a dayspring to the dimness of us, be a crimson-cresseted east.”
― Gerard Manley Hopkins

“Tread softly! All the earth is holy ground.”― Christina Rosetti

May you put your burdens down long enough to notice and embrace blessings.
They reside together.
Ours is not to rid the burdens, futile work.
Amidst the mix, the mess, the chaos, beauty resides and calls.
Ours is to see the grandeur, walk holy ground and unearth the sacred in the ordinary.
Joy is not a suggestion, but a requirement to live well.
A dayspring to lighten the load, to broaden the horizon, enrich the journey.

“The world is charged with the grandeur of God.”― Gerard Manley Hopkins
