Fill the Well

Residing apart from circumstances, seasons.
Like a river always flowing whether we stand on the shore observing or dive into the current.
Within.
Fed, restored, sustained by beauty, gratitude, stillness, breathing, observing, awareness, letting go, taking hold, enthusiasm, laughter, frivolity, trusting, believing and faith.
Keep filling the well.
Cup overflowing.
Go out in joy.
