Wander into Wonder
“What ever our wandering our happiness will always be found within a narrow compass, and in the middle of the objects more immediately within our reach.” – Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton
It’s as simple as a walk in the woods, a good book, taking a nap. Trade mulit-tasking for single-tasking and linger in the depth and breadth of the moment, the now. Nothing before, nothing after, just now. Remove your watch and forget time. No measuring, counting, comparing, analyzing. Wander for the sake of wandering and you’ll find wonder just outside your door.
You’re simplicity is beautiful- It’s much appreciated…your blog-
All the best-

Thanks so much. Have a light-filled day!
A beautiful reminder. Thanks!
Thank you – I need to be reminded often.
Although taking a beautifully poetic passage and turning it scientific, there is a method to my madness 😉 It has been proven that there is no such thing as multi-tasking. Rather, those who claim to possess this mythical ability are always concentrating on just one thing at a time, switching back and forth very quickly. So, why not immerse ourselves completely in the task at hand and absorb everything about it. Wonderful reminder, thank you for sharing 😉
Multi-tasking is a myth and scatters our concentration and presence in the moment. Thanks for your thoughtful response.
I like the mantra….. don’t think, just be.
It has helped me through some stressful moments.
Me too! Have a joyful day.
Thanks for the reminder to be totally present in whatever we are doing, that way we don’t miss the wonder of the moment!
Life is lived well moment to moment.
