As we move back and forth between the details of the day and the questions of life and our place in it, we would do well to be present and pay attention, inviting delight, frivolity and joy to be our companion. Pretty simple instructions. The world does not need to be carried, put it down, lighten up and be astonished. One day, one moment at a time.
